Shipping Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing times are 1-8 days unless stated otherwise, such as on preorder items.
Shipping Methods
Stickers only shipping items are shipped USPS First Class Mail asa letter with a stamp and may take 1-5 business days for delivery . They are tracked with a USPS barcode. All other orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage and take 2-5 Business days. Print on demand items like shirts and sweatshirts are mailed separately from prints, stickers, and keychains.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Charm orders are shipped in bubble mailers with tissue paper and a layer of protective film on the charm. Prints are mailed in a plastic sleeve within a stay-flat envelope. I do not offer gift services and gift notes are up to my discretion.
Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address before purchase. Vampire Valentine is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address supplied at purchase. Message quickly before shipment to correct address errors. If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect address it is the buyer's responsibility to re-purchase shipping for the order. If an item is returned to sender but lost on return Vampire Valentine is not responsible for refunds due to buyers error.
Missing, Lost, Stolen Orders
If tracking says delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. USPS may have scanning mistakes so contact your local post office for a last GPS location.
It is the buyers responsibility to have a secure method to recieve mail. Vampire Valentine is not responsible and does not provide refunds for stolen mail.
Damaged Items
To qualify for a refund items damaged in transit must be reported promptly. Pictures of original packaging as it was recieved are required to to be eligible for replacement.
