FAQ

I would like to order on Etsy but the item is not listed there.

No problem! You can message me on Etsy the title of the item from BigCartel and I can create a custom listing for you.

Are your vinyl stickers waterproof?

Yes! My vinyl stickers are ready for your water bottles, laptops, skateboards, car, you name it. They are even quite pliable and restick easily should you need to try again with one. They have been tested in the dishwasher on multiple washes.

My acrylic charm looks scratched, foggy, or bubbly, what happened?

This is most likely the protective film left on during shipping. Once the film is removed the design will look clear and shiny. All charms ship with a sticker reminding you to peel your charm. If you have peeled it and still are seeing defects please contact me with images so I can help you out!

What are A-grade and B-grade pins?

Please read my page on Pin Grading for this question.

When will you restock _?

I can't usually provide an answer for this, sorry! If its on the way I will let you know. Otherwise it depends on my status of other items that are also in demand and need resupplying. Items that are marked last chance will not be restocked.

I recieved my order but something's wrong, what do I do?

If you've received your order and something's wrong with it, please contact me within five days of receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please send photos so I can help.
I am not responsible for carrier delayed or stolen packages.

Print on Demand Items

Print on demand items like shirts and sweatshirts are mailed separately from prints, stickers, and keychains.

Should you have a problem with a print on demand item on arrival such as:

  • lncorrect garment type received
  • Incorrect size
  • Large defects in the print

Please send an image proof in the form of a full view of the garment laid down on a flat surface. The barcode sticker and the whole product must be visible for my supplier to do a replacement.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is from a non-permanent fixation agent applied during the printing process . Both should go away after one wash. Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
